  2. Upload a PDF copy of the nominee’s CV.

Please proceed to step two of the nomination process below.

Step Two
Sir Frederic Bartlett Lectureship Supporting Documents

Following the submission of the above form, please upload a PDF copy of the nominee’s CV.

Once you have selected the relevant file, press the ‘Upload File’ button. Below a message will tell you that the file upload is in progress, followed by an uploaded successfully message in a green bar. No email confirmation will be sent.

Please note that the nominee’s CV must not include a photograph or the date of birth of the nominee.
