The EPS maintains an electronic mail list of members which is used for distributing information about the Society’s activities.
Members’ email addresses are normally included on this list and printed in the Society’s Handbook. Members who wish their addresses to be excluded from either or both should inform the EPS Administrator. The email list is not open and only messages that have been approved by officers of the Society may be circulated.
Members who would like other members to be notified of relevant matters, e.g. research funding, conferences, workshops or special issues of journals, should email details to the EPS Administrator. The committee will then decide where best to place the information to be shared; in an EPS newsletter, on Bluesky and / or on the Society’s website.
