The EPS maintains an electronic mail list of members which is used for distributing information about the Society’s activities.
Members’ email addresses are normally included on this list, and printed in the Society’s Handbook. Members who wish their addresses to be excluded from either or both should inform the Hon Secretary. The email list is not open; only messages that have been approved by officers of the Society may be circulated.
Members who would like other members to be notified of relevant matters, e.g. research funding, conferences, workshops or special issues of journals, should send details to the Hon Secretary who will decide whether they should be publicised on an email or paper circular, or on the Society’s website. When sending notices, please include a contact name or web address from which full details may be obtained.
