Frith Prize Nominations

Thank you for submitting a nomination for the Frith Prize.

The nomination process has two steps:

  1. Complete the below form to outline how the nominee meets the criteria of the Frith Prize.
  2. Upload the nomination’s supporting information in a single, combined PDF file.

Step One
Frith Prize Nomination Form

Please click the ‘submit’ button before proceeding to Stage 2.

You will receive no email confirmation when you submit the form, but a message on screen will tell you ‘Your form has been successfully submitted’.

Please proceed to step two of the nomination process below.

Step Two
Frith Prize Supporting Documents

Following the submission of the above form, please upload a single, combined PDF file of any supporting documents and select using the ‘Select File’ button.

There is free online software to help combine PDF files into one, an example can be found here.

Once you have selected the relevant file, press the ‘Upload File’ button. Below a message will tell you that the file upload is in progress, followed by an uploaded successfully message in a green bar. No email confirmation will be sent.

The supporting documents need to include:

  • The abstract of the thesis.
  • The nominee’s CV including description of any conference presentations and publications arising directly from the thesis work, but must not include a photograph or the date of birth of the nominee.
  • One draft or published manuscript based on the thesis work.
  • A supporting statement from the External Examiner (who does not need to be an EPS Ordinary Member).
